GROUP EVENT POLICIES, CANCELATION & CHANGE FEES:
As you know, we are a Boutique Salon & Spa and have limited staff and availability for our services. Last minute cancelations and no shows greatly affect our staff as well as other customers. At Bellini, our goal is to ensure a timely and fulfilling experience for each and every customer that comes through our doors. In order to maintain the utmost in service and care for all, it is important that each individual take personal responsibility for their booking time.
- Groups of 5+ will be charged a minimum of 18% gratuity.
- 3 Day Cancelation Policy applies for all groups of 5+, regardless of private bookings.
GROUP CANCELATION POLICIES:
- FOR GROUPS OF 3-4: 24 Hour Cancelation Policy. Cancelations with less 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Shows or Day Of Cancelations will be charged 100% of the service fee. If anyone from a confirmed group does not show and the salon was not notified within 24 hours, that persons services will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- FOR GROUPS OF 5-20 3 Day Cancelation Policy. Cancelations within the 3 days will be charged 50% of the service fees. Same day cancelations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If anyone from a confirmed group does not show and the salon was not notified within 24 hours, that persons services will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- FOR GROUPS OF 3 OR MORE: for each 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time that the group is late, a $50 late fee will be applied to the total bill. For groups arriving over 60 minutes later than their scheduled service start time, a $200 late fee will be applied.
CHANGE OF SERVICE FEES:
- A confirmed list of total # of people attending as well as what services each person is getting is due a minimum of 5 days prior to the event. If services are changed, altered or canceled within 24 hrs or same day, an additional 20% fee may be applied to the original service price.
- Add On Services are welcomed and encouraged, but we can not always guarantee we will be able to accommodate them without enough prior notice. Add On Services will not incur extra fees, even if same day of the event.
